There's much to see here. We invite you to look around and become more familiar with us, our mission, the issues and specific Federal laws pertaining to animal abuse, cruelty and welfare. We hope you enjoy our new site and take a moment to drop us a line.
The overriding purposes for which this entity is organized are the prevention of animal abuse/cruelty and safeguarding of animal welfare worldwide. However, our Mission Statement includes multiple paths. Our expectation is that we can contribute to each in a meaningful way.
Provide funding at the local level for adoptions and spaying/neutering.
1) Today's COVID-19 situation in the U.S. and worldwide is motivating folks to visit their local shelters in record numbers to check out pet adoption possibilities. That's the good news! Unfortunately, their inspiring intentions are often met with costs. On occasion, to the detriment of of both the sheltered animals and their potential adopters, those costs prevent an adoption to occur. That's the bad news!
Enter TAAPI! We will provide the necessary funding to shelters and clinics who contact us with a documented need to successfully complete an adoption process.
2) Snow Leopards. Asian Elephants. Blue whales. Macaws. Black and White Rhinos. Chimpanzees. Sea Turtles. Just of few of over 40 animal species currently on the critically endangered list worldwide! Human beings are the greatest threat to their survival with poaching, habitat destruction and, arguably, the effects of climate change.
Thanks to the efforts of incredible charities around the world and the Endangered Species Act, several notable species in the U.S. have been removed from the list: Whooping Cranes. Florida Manatee. Humpback Whale. Peregrine Falcon. Grizzly Bear. And the Bald Eagle.
But with 40+ species around the world still on the critical list, there's a lot more to do.
Enter TAAPI. We aim to contribute our small part in this huge challenge.
3) An area that appears to get relatively little attention compared to our other challenges is the training and donating of service and emotional support dogs. On a personal note, our family has experienced the talent, training, devotion to duty, intelligence and discipline of these remarkable creatures. The results have no bounds.
Ironically, THEIR life's job is devoted to help who... HUMAN BEINGS! Imagine that! And, now, the humans job is to help train them and assist those in need of their life-altering benefits and love.
Enter TAAPI. We will strive to do both.
Market demand usually tells us where to prioritize our attention. To borrow a term from high school basketball rules, market demand becomes our "Point of Emphasis".
Understand, that at the same time, TAAPI continues to address other needs through funding, sponsorship or education. Our size allows us to be very nimble. We're able to adjust, multi-task and change direction quickly without layers of management approval.
At last count, there were nearly 550 charity projects defending and providing needed services to domestic and wild animals. We applaud them all! They are potential game changers! We feed off their efforts and accomplishments.
Collectively, we're a force.
Our bottom line: Issues that contribute to the definition of animal abuse, animal neglect, animal cruelty or animal welfare worldwide are always on review at TAAPI!

The three Federal Acts displayed below in their entirety specifically address animal abuse and welfare. They are: 1) The recently enacted PACT Act. 2) The Endangered Species Act of 1973. And 3) The Animal Welfare Act and Amendments. They are significant. They are noteworthy. They are the law! They are but a few of many Federal and State laws on the books that address animal issues.
Take your time. Read at your leisure.
We hope they will shed a little more light on our shared concerns.
Now, let's go for a walk!
